David Beckham Says He Hopes His Sons Won't Get Tattoos

David Beckham is fine with his sons following in his footsteps on the soccer field, but there's one place he's hoping they don't follow him into: the tattoo parlor. Although the former soccer star has 32 tattoos himself, he recently revealed that he's been trying to convince his sons not to get any tattoos.
However, from the sound of it, 14 year-old Brooklyn, 11 year-old Romeo and 8 year-old Cruz may already have their hearts set on some ink.
"(My sons) have already said they're having tattoos done," David revealed during an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show, which aired on Saturday. "And I said, 'Well, be different, don't have any tattoos.'"

The boys seem to already have an idea of what kind of tattoos they want, and it may be hard for David and his wife, Victoria, to scold them for getting them.
"They said, 'No, we're going to have one. We're going to have, 'Mum and Dad,'" David said. "So I can't really say no to that."
While the Beckhams' 2 year-old daughter Harper is far too young to be thinking about getting tattoos, David said she is already a fashionista like her mother.
"(Harper) gets her outfit ready the night before and then she gets up in the morning, we go down to get her ready and she changes her mind," he said. "Then I'm in the room with Harper trying to pick out outfits and anything which I pick out, which I think looks great, she puts back in. She's 2½!"
In his first TV interview since retiring in May, David says that he is happy being a "house husband" while Victoria works on her fashion endeavors.
"Victoria's success has been really incredible," he said in the interview. "She's a great mother, of course, and she looks after the boys and Harper and that's our priority...but she works really hard."
