Look Out For David Beckham In Your Next Legs, Bums And Tums Class

David Beckham clearly works hard to maintain that impressive physique of his, but you might be shocked to learn where he's been doing it...

London gym bunnies were treated to a very special surprise when the former England captain rocked up to a public gym with his close director friend Guy Ritchie earlier this week.

And it wasn't just the manly weights section the handsome duo were seen hanging out in, either...

According to a tabloid source, David Beckham and Guy Ritchie have developed a surprising fondness for legs, bums and tums sessions. Right, where is this gym and where do we sign up?

'Anyone can go to the gym they've been attending, so it was a real shock to see two huge names in there', a source told The Mirror.

'Especially in sessions for toning bums and legs. But they've also been working on their chests and abs, so it's clear they want to keep their full bodies in shape.'

Considering David Beckham spends a considerable amount of time in his pants, modelling his H&M underwear collection, it makes sense that he's keen to keep that impressive backside pert.

'David's obviously really fit, but it seemed like they'd teamed up in a bid to kick start the new year in a healthy way, as they went again the next day', the source added. 'And the pair have had quite gruelling workouts.'

Phew. If ever we needed an excuse to get down the gym, this is most certainly it.

The retired footballer also recently admitted that he's a big fan of the latest spinning craze, Soul Cycle.

'It's like spinning with a difference,' he said. 'There's music and choreography. There's 40 people in a room for 45 minutes, it's really hard and you come out there like you've just come out the shower.'

A sweaty Becks, emerging from our local spin class? We couldn't think of anything more delicious.
